Label Works docs and troubleshooting.
These launch notes help beta users request access, receive weekly label packets, print carefully, and report issues with enough detail for support to trace the right store and week.
Beta Launch Checklist
- Request access with an approved Clean Eatz store email.
- Complete store setup before weekly labels can be generated.
- Watch for the weekly delivery email after admin review.
- Use Customer Portal Support for setup, printing, or weekly delivery questions after signing in.
Pilot noteBilling During Beta
Stripe billing is intentionally deferred while the workflow is tested with approved beta users.
The proposed launch pricing remains $29 weekly, $99 monthly, or $999 annually when paid billing is enabled.
Printing Checklist
- Download the ZIP from the newest StoreReady email link.
- Open the included PDF label packet before printing.
- Confirm the Zebra printer, label stock, and page scaling settings before the first full print.
- Print a small sample before running the full packet.
Troubleshooting And Issue Reporting
During beta, signed-in users should submit issues through Customer Portal Support so StoreReady receives the account and store context with the request. Include the Meal Plan Date and what you expected versus what happened.
- If a download link is expired, sign in and use Customer Portal Support with the store and Meal Plan Date.
- If a PDF looks wrong, pause printing and submit the store, item, and expected label detail through Support.
- If a label is missing, include the store, Meal Plan Date, and recipe guide version if known.
- If printer alignment is off, include the printer model, label stock, and a photo of the first bad sheet.
Need Help Now?
Customer Portal Support is the preferred beta path after sign-in. If you cannot access the portal, use the public support page for access help.
