Refund Policy

This policy describes the launch refund approach for StoreReady Labels purchases and subscriptions.

Weekly Purchases

  • Weekly purchases cover one weekly label packet for one eligible store.
  • Refund requests may be reviewed when a packet was not generated, not approved, or not delivered because of a StoreReady processing issue.
  • Completed weekly packets that were approved and delivered are generally not refundable.

Subscriptions

  • Monthly and annual subscriptions renew through Stripe unless canceled.
  • Customers may cancel future renewal through the billing portal when enabled for the account.
  • Failed, canceled, or inactive payment status can block future weekly label delivery.

Manual Review

  • Refunds, credits, explicit comp access, and payment corrections may require manual admin review.
  • Support requests should include the account email, store name, week date, and payment or delivery concern.
  • Approved refunds are processed through Stripe or the original payment provider when available.
