- Store setup details are used to generate location-specific weekly label packets.

Payments
- Stripe processes payment details for weekly purchases, monthly subscriptions, and annual subscriptions.
- StoreReady Systems stores payment status and plan metadata needed to determine label delivery eligibility.
- StoreReady Systems does not store full credit card numbers.
Files And Delivery
- Recipe guides, corrected workbooks, generated label packets, QA reports, and run metadata may be stored privately for traceability.
- Customer packet links are intended for the approved recipient store and may expire.
- Delivery failures and resend attempts may be logged for operational support.
Support
- Support requests may include account, store, billing, and delivery context so the right issue can be investigated.
- Most support requests are reviewed within one business hour during business hours, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-6 PM Central.
