Label Works beta checklist and known issues.
Use this page while testing Label Works. It captures what beta testers should try, what is not live yet, and how to report issues with enough detail for support to trace the right store and weekly packet.
Tester Checklist
- Request access with the correct Clean Eatz store selection.
- Confirm the login email opens the correct customer portal.
- Review Store Data and change history for your assigned store.
- Confirm the current Label Packet shows the expected Meal Plan Date.
- Download the packet ZIP from the portal after admin release.
- Submit support issues with store name, Meal Plan Date, screenshot, and expected result.
Known Not Live Yet
- Stripe billing is deferred during beta testing.
- Customer delivery requires packet-level beta eligibility and a confirmed active store-scoped delivery recipient.
- One customer account maps to one or more active store memberships.
- Packet delivery uses active store-scoped recipients managed from Store Data.
- Audit CSV export is admin-only.
Reporting Issues
- Signed-in beta users should submit requests through Customer Portal Support.
- Include the store, Meal Plan Date, page URL, and what changed right before the issue.
- Email screenshots only when the support form asks for supporting images after the request is submitted.
- Do not forward live packet emails outside the beta test group.
